In addition to being the owner of the Brunner Group, a top-producing real estate team, R. Ashley Brunner stepped into the CEO position for Keller Williams Elite in early 2022. As CEO, Ashley monitors internal and external growth at the market center level, oversees the hiring and development of all agents and staff within the brokerage, and works to ensure that Keller Williams’ high performance standards of excellence are maintained. As continued owner of the Brunner Group, Ashley manages first-hand his own team of professionals in all aspects of real estate sales, ensuring that they have the best available training and education to remain highly motivated and provide top-tier customer service to buyers and sellers.



Ashley has been involved in real estate essentially since he was a child, having been born the son of a local Lancaster, Pennsylvania real estate developer. Ashley became a licensed realtor at the age of 18 and has managed his own award-winning group of agents for nearly two decades. He specializes in emphasizing the importance of real estate education not only for his team members but also his clients, providing them with “real world” advice when navigating the real estate transaction. 



Covering residential, commercial, development, and vacation rentals, the Brunner Group is licensed in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Delaware, and encompasses multiple teams spanning the region. When he’s not busy leading Keller Williams Elite and the Brunner Group to new heights, Ashley enjoys sports (especially football) and being outside. As an avid reader on all topics, he constantly strives for growth in both his business and personal life. Ashley is happily married to his soulmate Katie, with whom he reconnected in recent years after having first met her over 18 years ago at the local mall. They have a beautiful daughter, Vivian, born in August of 2020. Ashley is passionate about being a great dad, a devoted life partner to Katie, and helping his team achieve success through the provision of stellar customer service.
