Marilyn Rose was born and raised in Lancaster Township by her entrepreneurial Lancaster loving parents. Upon graduating from Lancaster Catholic High School, she received her B.S. in Nursing then a Masters degree in Nursing Education and is a Clinical Specialist in Clinical Oncology from UVA.

Marilyn’s life in Florida and South Carolina blessed her with her three lovely children, which prompted her to return to Lancaster County in 1988 and join her mother, Marilyn Berger, in real estate at Berger Real Estate, Inc. Her 30 years in the business has provided her with a wide variety of experience including new home construction, first time home buyers, relocation, commercial real estate, and investment properties.

Marilyn Rose believes that real estate and nursing are very much the same… working with people who are going through a major life change who just need someone to listen to them! It entails either steering them in the right direction or simply standing beside them as a support system in one of the biggest decision making processes life has to offer. She enjoys every facet of the business – meeting new people every day in many different stages of life, exploring the various homes of Lancaster County, the day-to-day problem solving involved in real estate transactions, and representing both sides of the business – Buyers and Sellers.

In her free time Marilyn Rose enjoys spending time with her three lovely children and her beautiful granddaughter.
